Terms & Conditions for rich9 login

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rich9 login platform available at rich9login.app, including all games, betting markets, account features, and content made available through the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and the operators of rich9 login ("the Platform", "we", or "us").

By creating an account, logging in, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, and that you agree to be bound by all clauses stated here. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use rich9 login.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on rich9 login, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You do not already hold another active or suspended account on rich9 login.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law that governs your personal circumstances.

rich9 login reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Players who cannot verify their identity, age, or eligibility may have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

When you register with rich9 login, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact. You must not share your account access with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact the platform support team immediately via [email protected].

rich9 login uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect account access. However, account security also depends on you taking reasonable precautions — using a strong password, securing the device you use to log in, and not accessing your account over public or unsecured Wi-Fi connections.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on rich9 login are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets supported by the platform at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance after standard processing time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of KYC documentation before funds are released.

• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and may vary by payment method.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods on this platform.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen payment method and verification status.
• rich9 login does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on rich9 login — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, RNG casino games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

For sports betting, all bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with the intent to arbitrage, abuse bonus structures, or manipulate system outcomes.
• Placing bets on outcomes you have prior knowledge of through illegal means.

rich9 login reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. All RNG-based games on the platform use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are not predictable or manipulable by the player.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

rich9 login may offer promotions, bonuses, and rewards to registered players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated alongside the promotion details when made available.

General principles that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible players who meet the stated requirements for each specific offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• rich9 login reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — will result in cancellation of bonus balances and potential account suspension.

No specific bonus percentages, amounts, wagering multipliers, or time limits are guaranteed on this page. All promotion details are published separately when active offers are available.

7 Responsible Gaming

rich9 login is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. Online gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or solving financial problems. All game outcomes involve real risk and results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

We strongly encourage all players to:

• Set a clear gaming budget before each session and stick to it.
• Treat losses as the cost of entertainment, not as funds to be recovered by continued play.
• Take regular breaks and monitor the total time spent gaming each week.
• Seek support if gaming begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health.

Visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed information on available tools, self-exclusion options, and guidance resources.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

rich9 login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on the platform.
• Account access from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Where an account is suspended or closed for cause, rich9 login reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting platform support.

9 Limitation of Liability

rich9 login provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rich9 login shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your use of the platform, including game losses.
• Loss of data, account access issues, or service interruptions.
• Actions taken in reliance on information provided on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

10 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of platform operation. Any dispute arising from your use of rich9 login that cannot be resolved directly with support should be escalated through the platform's formal complaints process.

For questions, concerns, or formal correspondence regarding these Terms, contact the rich9 login support team at: [email protected]
